Please note: as each pearl is natural, the shape, size and lustre will vary slightly from piece to piece — making every necklace uniquely yours. A pearl is softer than steel, so rinse it in fresh water after the sea or pool, and put your perfume on before your necklace.

The steel chain is waterproof. The pearl is natural and softer than steel, so give it a little extra care:

  • Rinse it in fresh water after the sea or a chlorinated pool, then pat it dry with a soft cloth.
  • Put on perfume, lotion and hairspray first, and your necklace last.
  • Wipe the pearl with a soft, slightly damp cloth after wearing.
  • Store it in its pouch, apart from other pieces, so nothing scratches the pearl.

Your piece arrives in a soft microfibre pouch — perfect for keeping it safe between wears, or for gifting.

Every order travels to you in a sturdy shipping box, so it arrives safely.

Delivery

We send every order with The Courier Guy. We dispatch within 24 hours on business days (orders after 15:00 go out the next business day), and it reaches you in 1–5 business days, anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery is a flat R79 — we cover part of the cost ourselves to keep it low — and it's free on orders over R750.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to send your piece back, unworn and in its original packaging, for a full refund. Use our R59 return label, or send it yourself with a tracked courier of your choice.
