At My Silver Lining, we understand that when you need jewelry, you need it now. We are committed to getting your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible across South Africa.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 Hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 15:00 PM CAT will begin processing the following business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times (South Africa)
To make your experience as seamless as possible, we have optimized our logistics to get your silver lining to you swiftly:
- Fast Processing: We value your time and aim to ship out all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
- Subsidized Shipping Fee: We proudly subsidize your delivery costs—covering a portion of the fee ourselves—so that you only pay a flat rate of R59.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on us for all orders above R750.
- Delivery Turnaround: Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 1–5 business days to reach your door, anywhere in South Africa.
Note on Remote Areas: Delivery to highly remote or outlying areas may occasionally take an additional 1–2 days.
3. Shipping Costs
At My Silver Lining, we are proud to subsidize your delivery costs—covering a portion of the fee ourselves—so that you only pay a flat rate of R59 for nationwide shipping to any corner of South Africa.
- Base Shipping: R59 (Subsidized by My Silver Lining)
- Free Shipping: All orders above R750
- Location: Proudly shipping from Pretoria to every corner of South Africa
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can track your package every step of the way.
5. Failed Delivery & Non-Collection
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order. My Silver Lining cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they will typically try to contact you or attempt redelivery on the next business day.
- If a package is returned to My Silver Lining due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, non-collection), the customer will be responsible for the cost of full reshipping the item.
6. International Shipping
Currently, My Silver Lining focuses on serving the South African market. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
