At My Silver Lining, we want you to love your new sparkle as much as we loved curating it for you! We understand that sometimes things aren't quite what you expected, which is why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee.
How Our Returns Work
You have 7 days after receiving your item to decide if it’s the perfect fit for you. To be eligible for a return, we simply ask that your jewelry is:
- In the same beautiful condition you received it.
- Unworn and unused.
- In its original packaging with your proof of purchase.
Ready to start a return? Just pop us an email at info@mysilverlining.co.za or send a WhatsApp to 075 130 1729. Once your return is authorized, we will send you a shipping label and easy-to-follow instructions on where to send your package.
Important Details
- Shipping: Unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong item), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. This will be R49.
- Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on Gift Cards or items marked as "Final Sale."
- Damages: Please inspect your jewelry as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right for you!
- Exchanges: The quickest way to get a different piece is to return your original item and place a new order for your new favorite.
Your Refund
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days, please reach out to us at info@mysilverlining.co.za so we can look into it for you.
